Terms of Service

PAYMENT:

I only accept payments through PayPal and will send an invoice to the email address you provide.  A 50% deposit is due upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion of your commission.  

TIMEFRAME:

I cannot commit to a deadline, however I will try to complete your commission within a reasonable timeframe.  Feel free to reach out to me to see where I’m at with your artwork. 

OWNERSHIP & USAGE:

You have full ownership of your artwork and may use it however you choose, including commercial use.  I reserve the right to post your artwork on my website, social media, and gallery sites (i.e. FurAffinity, etc).  I may also use your artwork to promote myself.  

CONTENT & SUBJECT MATTER:

I will draw SFW and NSFW art.  All species and genders are welcome!  

I reserve the right to deny any inquiry for any reason.

I WILL NOT draw the following:

  • Illegal Material — including but not limited to: cub/loli, zoophilia, defamation, rape/sexual assault, threats of real world violence, promotion of scams, self harm, or anything that would otherwise violate the TOS of FurAffinity, Twitter, or BlueSky.  
  • Extreme Fetishes — Including, but not limited to: scat, watersports, diapers, sounding, flatulence, laceration, CBT, castration, or generally any fetish involving pain or excrement.  
  • Hateful Material — Including, but not limited to: transphobia, antisemitism, racism, classism, sexism, etc. 

Depictions of violence will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

EDITS AND ORIGINALS:

I will provide a Work-in-Progress (WIP) sketch for your feedback.  I will proceed with your commission once the WIP has been approved.  Please request ALL of your edits BEFORE approving the WIP.  This will make things smoother going forward.  

Once your artwork is complete, I will provide a low-resolution and watermarked preview for your approval.  You may request up to 3 edits for free.  I will charge a 10% fee for a fourth edit and and an additional %10 for each subsequent edit after that.  

Once you approve your artwork I will send you an invoice for the remaining 50% of your balance, plus any additional edit fees.  I will send you a high-resolution, unwatermarked version after receiving payment.  

Original work files will be available upon request after payment is received.  If you commissioned traditional art, I can mail you the original if you pay for postage.
